Kathy Santon

Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Kathy Santon is board certified in advanced practice psychiatric nursing with prescriptive privileges.  She has over 40 years of nursing experience most of which have been in the psychiatric, mental health field.  She brings with her a vast resource of experience in a variety of psychiatric illnesses.  But her primary focus is in Bipolar Disorders, Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorders, and Victims of Abuse.  Kathy strives to find the correct diagnosis and will actively seek to find the most effective medication regimen for each patient.  She considers herself to be a great listener and will work diligently with patients.  She is interested in quality of care rather than quantity and stays abreast of the newest techniques and medications to treat her patients.

Kathy graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing as well as a Master’s Degree in psychiatric nursing.  She is board certified through the American Nurses’ Credentialing Center.  She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient’s settings and has taught nursing at Indiana University, Ball State University and IVY Tech.

Kathy’s quiet, easy going style has served her well over the years.  She enjoys the challenges of working with a variety of patients and will incorporate therapy with her prescribing practices.  Kathy has done animal rescue work for many years and currently has 6 dogs and 4 cats.  She is married, has two adult children and is a grandmother of 3 beautiful grandchildren.  She maintains an avid interest in antiques.

Jill E. Emmons

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Jill Emmons is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), offering individual, couples, and family outpatient therapy at Creekside Counseling and Wellness Center in Avon, Indiana.

Emmons has nearly 20 years of experience assisting those that suffer from physical, sexual and emotional trauma. She is one of a few professionals in Indiana certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT). Her background also consists of assisting those that suffer from anxiety, depression, and those who are struggling in their interpersonal relationships. She has special interests in eating disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and working with adolescents in a variety of areas.

Emmons earned a Master of Social Work Degree with Highest Distinction from Indiana University in 2002. She also completed a Bachelor of Social Work at Ball State University in 1999.

Jennifer Steichen

Jennifer is committed to helping others, and considers herself to be a great listener with a passion for the success of others.  Her training in management along with extensive training as a Life and Growth Coach enhances her ability to coach others with outstanding results.  Jennifer’s ability to ask powerful questions draws out answers instead of giving them.  She will help you discover a lifestyle that will enable you to set goals and fulfill your purpose.

Megan Jacobs

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Pediatric Mental Health Specialist

Megan is a dual board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Pediatric Mental Health Specialist with 17 years of experience in working with children.  She has special areas of interest in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Depression, and School Avoidance.

Megan’s compassionate and relatable interactions with children and their families allows her to develop trust and a good rapport with her clients.

Elle Jones, LCSW

Elle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering individual, couples, and family outpatient therapy at Creekside Counseling and Wellness Center in Avon, Indiana. She completed a Bachelor of Psychology at Indiana University Bloomington in 2014 and then a Master of Social Work in 2016 from the Indiana University School of Social Work. Elle started out working in the community with a variety of youth, adult, and foster care clients. She now spends most of her time completing comprehensive mental health assessments for a community mental health center and works with clients on Fridays at Creekside.

 

Elle has experience working with multiple mood, anxiety, trauma-related and interpersonal needs. She prefers to use a person-centered and client-driven approach in treatment and has experience in treatment modalities including CBT and ACT. Elle strives to be an advocate for those in the LGBT+ and other marginalized communities. Elle works with children 8 years and older and adults of any age.

Alicia Harding

MSW, LCSW, CSAYC

Alicia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), offering individual, couples, and family outpatient therapy at Creekside Counseling and Wellness Center. She completed a Bachelor of Sociology at Huntington University in 1997. She also earned a Master of Social Work Degree from Indiana University School of Social Work in 2008. Alicia has nearly 16 years of experience working within the Child Welfare system in Indiana and has been assisting those that suffer from physical, sexual and emotional traumas.

 

She obtained her Credentialed Sexually Abusive Youth Clinician (CSAYC) through IN-AJSOP and is passionate about assisting youth who have been adjudicated as a youth who have sexually abused and also working with the children who have been sexually abused and have reactive behaviors to help youth in healing from sexual trauma and learning about healthy sexual development.

 

Her background also consists of assisting those that suffer from anxiety, depression, and those who are struggling in their interpersonal relationships. She has special interests in gender and sexuality with the LGBTQ community, play therapy with verbal children as young as 3 years of age, and working with adults and adolescents in a variety of areas.

Amy Levy

APRN, PMHNP

BS Accounting

Amy is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 14 years’ experience in the mental health field.  Amy obtained her BA in Psychology and BS in Accounting at Purdue University; later graduating with her BS in Nursing from University of Madison in 2008 and her MSN from University of North Dakota in 2022.

Amy worked as core staff on an inpatient psychiatric unit for 13 years, specializing in care for individuals with a variety of needs, whether it be struggling with addictions, anxiety or depression, or overcoming past or current histories of abuse.

Amy will work in partnership with clients to create a medication regimen best suited for each client’s needs.  She is interested in working with both children (and their families) as well as adults to provide the best mental health outcome possible.

Tina Rosner, LCSW

Tina Weaver Rosner is a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of social work experience.  She graduated with her bachelor of social work degree in 1995 and after working in the field, went on to earn her master’s degree in social work in 2005.  Her career experience includes assisting people in navigating major life changes, work with survivors of abuse, as well people living with mood and thought disorders.

Tina’s style is warm and accepting, utilizing a strengths-based approach and incorporating motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy.  She has a special interest working with Veterans,  survivors of traumatic experiences, and people struggling with anxiety and depression.

He obtained his ASN from Midlands Technical College in South Carolina in 2005. He later returned for his BSN from Western Governors University in 2014 and his MSN from Northern Kentucky University in 2021.

Jimmy will collaborate with clients to construct the treatment plan best suited for their current needs. He believes that the best possible outcomes are achieved when a trusting relationship is built, and client and provider can work together.
